Installation Process

How does the process work from start to finish?

1. Call for a quote

When you call, we will schedule a time that Phil or Matt will come and take measurements of the areas you desire to have installed.

2. Initial in home measurements taken

Phil or Matt will come out, meet you and take the needed measurements.

3. Visit ProSource’s showroom

Once we have your measurements, the next step is to pick out your product(s). You can visit the showroom at ProSource anytime with or without an appointment. Simply tell them you are working with Lilly Flooring and they will point you in the right direction!

4. Estimate given based on material selection

Once the material is selected, we will email you a quote with everything included!

5. Installation Scheduled

If you want to move forward with installation, we will order material and schedule and install date.

6. Installation

Phil and Matt will come out and install your floors and (or) trim! Furniture moving and tearout and disposal of old material can be included.

Please keep in mind, we are a small family business with Phil and Matt personally doing all of the installations. While we may not be able to start your job the next day like some of the large nationwide companies, we believe the personal touch, attention to detail, and connection we have with our clients and friends more than makes up for that. You will know who is in your home and that trust goes a long way. That’s the way we have done business since 1972!
